This form is designed to assist you in submitting a complaint or information about companies or individuals who may fraudulently or illegally be claiming that they can provide services to help you obtain a loan modification or avoid foreclosure.

You should only fill out this form if you want to submit a complaint or information about a company or individual claiming to offer these types of services. To report a scam other than a loan modification scam, or for more information about scams, click here.

With your permission, your complaint will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies for their review and any action they deem appropriate. While you may receive a follow-up call or information from the Network, it does not provide direct legal representation to complainants. NOTE: Not all homeowners will receive a follow-up call.
